Fundamental to our transformation model of reorganising the kitchen is to buy seasonal ingredients as cost-effectively as possible. We use only organic meat and dairy. Key to ensuring speed, accuracy and crucially the best seasonal produce at the best prices is Rekki. An ordering app which our Chefs use to easily track communication with our suppliers. It helps to manage orders and compares prices at the same time between local suppliers.
